How does the free vs. paid content work?
Big Random currently includes Odd Numbers and Even Numbers as free categories, with more free categories planned in future updates. The rest of the categories (Geography, Alphabets, Words, Games, Philosophy, and others) are unlocked with a single one-time purchase, "Big Random Pro" — no subscription, pay once and it's yours.
I bought Pro but it still shows locked — what do I do?
Open the app, tap any locked category, and tap "Restore Purchase" on the paywall screen. This re-checks your Apple account for the purchase and unlocks it again. If it still doesn't unlock, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy it originally.
I got a new phone — how do I get my purchase back?
Reinstall the app and sign into the same Apple ID you originally purchased with. It should unlock automatically; if not, use "Restore Purchase" as described above.
Does Big Random collect any of my data?
