FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The buttons don't speak.

Open Settings (the ⚙ button) Make sure "Speak buttons" is ON. Also check that your phone's volume is turned up.

How do I change the language or speaking speed?

Open Settings (the ⚙︎ button). You can choose English or Русский, and Slow, Normal or Fast speech.

What are the free calculations?

You get 25 free calculations every day. The counter resets each day.

How do I unlock Pro?

Tap the PRO button on the keypad, then tap Buy Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase that gives unlimited calculations. It is not a subscription.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.

Tap the PRO button, then tap "Restore purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

I got a new phone. Do I need to buy Pro again?

No. Install the app, tap PRO, then tap "Restore purchase".

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
