Russian Crosswords – Privacy Policy

Russian Crosswords ("the app") respects your privacy. The short version: the app does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal information.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking tools. We don't know who you are or how you use the app.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

The app saves a few things only on your iPhone so it can work: your progress in the crosswords, how many hints you have left today, bonus hints you've earned, your appearance and pronunciation settings, and whether you have bought the Lifetime Unlock. This information never leaves your device. If you delete the app, it is removed.

PURCHASES

The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, name or Apple ID. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the purchase: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

PRONUNCIATION

When you turn on pronunciation, the app uses the speech voices built into iOS to speak words aloud. This happens on your device, and no audio or text is sent to us.

PDF EXPORT

When you export a crossword as a PDF, the file is created on your device and shared only where you choose to send it, such as Files, Mail or a printer.

CHILDREN

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
